Our Story
Building from first principles.
Norsha Private Limited was incorporated on 4 June 2025 as a technology and venture-building company, led by Chairman & Managing Director Noorul Ameen P K with directors Jubsan Fazim and Mubashir CH.
Today Norsha is the parent company of two live ventures: IRIS AI, an AI operations agent available through Flowlith, and NAK Media, a technology and creative studio in Bangalore and Dubai. Alongside them we are developing DFS, a social-impact initiative focused on youth well-being.
